تعتبر الجامعة من أهم المؤسسات التي تحظى بأهمية بالغة في البيئة السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و هذا لكونها تبنى استراتيجيتها بجملة من الأهداف فهي تعمل على تكوين و تأهيل الكفاءات البشرية القادرة بدورها على رفع وتيرة مختلف الأنشطة و تطويرها و من خلال بحثنا نريد توضيح مدى قدرة و تأثير الكفاءات على خلق القفزة النوعية للمنظومة التعليمية و بناءا على ذلك حاولنا ربط دور الكفاءات من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التي تبنى عليها الجامعة و إسقاط ذلك في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية و هذا من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على مجموعة من الأساتذة عددهم 134 و تحليلها وفق برنامج spss و من ثم حاولنا الإجابة على الفرضيات طريقة تحليل المتوسطات و تحليل الانحدار.
وتوصلنا إلى أنه يوجد أثر للكفاءات على تحقيق أهداف الجامعة الجزائرية إن توفرت الامكانيات المناسبة لها
Abstract EN
The university is considered one of the most important institutions of great importance in all fields, because it adopts its strategy with a set of goals, and through our research we want to clarify the extent of the influence of competencies on creating a qualitative leap for the educational system, and we tried to link the role of competencies in order to achieve the goals on which the Algerian University is built and this is from Through a questionnaire, 134 professors were distributed and analyzed according to the SPSS program, and we answered the assumptions presented by the method of analyzing averages and regression analysis.
And we found that there is an impact of competencies on achieving university goals.
