Abstract EN

We tried in this research To highlight the political struggle in England, which appeared after the death of King Henry V (1421-1471) who was succeeded by his infant son Henry VI the nine months age to inherit the throne , and place it under the Trusteeship Council until he became under the age of legal consent, that cause a political conflict between the cousins of the king to control of the government .

this have study consisted of two sections first came under the title Trusteeship Council in England (1433-1437) and in the second section we dealt with the conflict between King Henry VI and Richard Duke of York, after the Kingb reaching the legal age, which led to the result of the outbreak of the war of the Roses in 1455 AD.
