The cinematic discourse is considered one of the most important visual discourses in which language plays a decisive role to the extent that it forms with and within its frame what is called the cinematic language.

And despite the fact that this language is subject to many effects that participate in its formation and in shaping its discourse, the verbal aspect may be the most essential element in this language.

Similarly, this discourse enjoys its own specific poeticalness like the other discourses but this poeticalness does not perform through the verbal element of the language of discourse but it acts through the plastic elements combined together.

As for the literary discourse, it gives the receiver great freedom of imagination to visualize its dimension and its approaches while the cinematic discourse is economic in visualizing the space and the director imposes the limits of the imaginative act related to the broadcasted image and its relation to the uttered speech as there is no freedom of interaction with the text
