Historical studies have given great importance to the study of the judiciary and the judges, and it is one of the studies that the scholars and researchers have paid special attention to.
There are many books about the judiciary, including Ibn Hajar Al-Askalani’s Book (Rafa'a Alousir ain Quthat Masir).
It contained a lot of information about Jurisdiction and Judges especially in Egypt.
It dealt with Judges from different countries who were assigned to this administrative Job.
