Abstract EN

This research included "areas of fulfilment and its mandated provisions a comparative study" on the introduction: the importance of research, the reasons for my choice of it, the problem of research and its objectives, its limits, previous studies, the research approach and its plan, and the first research: the first topic: the concept of fulfillment and its mandated provisions, and the second topic was talking about areas of loyalty: the first area of fulfillment of the Covenant and the Charter, and the second: fulfilling the promise, and the third.

Fulfilling the sale, the fourth: fulfilling contracts, the fifth: fulfilling faith, vows and infidels, the sixth: fulfilling the sale, and the seventh: fulfilling the trusts.

This is based on the clarification of the concept in language and terminology, evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah, and the statements of the jurists of the four imams of the four doctrines considered, with comparison and weighting, if any.
