Abstract EN

The call for Islam to respond to the violators and refute their suspicions has given more attention and attention, and no one can deny that the response to the violators and the answer to their suspicions about the call rank high in the priorities of the advocacy work, and that part of those suspicions directed at the Islamic call carried his banner the orientalist discourse, which did not receive the writings of its owners mostly from the One of the elders of Italian Orientalism, who was prominent in his efforts and specialization, was concerned with the study of Islamic law and philosophy, and Santlana was keen in his studies to strip the Islamic heritage of its authenticity, and was keen to downplay Islamic scholars and intellectuals.

Hence, I address in this research the most prominent suspicions of this orientalist while responding to them with a disprove.

In this study, it followed the descriptive analytical approach and reached the following conclusions: Santlana directed his efforts towards the field of Islamic jurisprudence and philosophy, and his studies on both sides ended up saying that Islamic jurisprudence as well as Islamic philosophy were not authentic.

Santlana tried to encapsulate his studies on Islamic jurisprudence as well as Islamic philosophy with the nature of scientific research, and therefore made arguments in support of his claims, but when considering it is clear that they are not proven in front of scientific criticism, because they are not based on a valid origin.

I suggest: work to monitor suspicions of The Islamic Call and respond to it in a disproved way
