The meditative researcher can consider the refugee problem to be one of the most pressing and complex humanitarian issues on the international scene, for its various clothing, the increasing numbers of refugees of our time, and the dramatic worsening of their problems.

These groups of people are surrounded by pressure on each side, and are attracted by conflicts, before moving towards asylum, and having become refugees, they are subjected to severe suffering, lack of resourcefulness, difficulty of solutions, blurred vision of the possibility of assistance provided to them, and poor potential in exchange for accumulated problems, especially if these people are originally poor and destitute, or have dependent children, or older persons in need of assistance and assistance.

The problem of "internal" forced displacement, which is one of the challenges facing the humanitarian community today, is also a problem that is quite clear, inaction, or inability of the international community to fulfil the obligations it has under international law towards these refugees and their calamity counterparts.
