Foreign commodity trade has an important role in achieving economic growth.

so the problem of this paper is how to maximize the role of the Egypt's commodity foreign trade in supporting economic growth.

Therefore, this paper studies the situation of the Egyptian trade balance and its chronic deficit, the current Egyptian foreign trade agreements, and the main lessons derived from successful international experiments used the foreign trade as a major engine of economic growth.
