Arabic Abstract

إن قضية الهوية الوطنية و بناء السلام ركنان رئيسيان في بناء الدول، لذلك أي خلل يصيبها يترك أثر واضح على هذا البناء.

فالدولة العراقية تعاني منذ تأسيسها و لحد الآن من إشكالية الهوية الوطنية الجامعة، و هذين المتغيرين لهما تأثيرهما الخطير على مستقبل الدولة، لذلك سعى العراق للحفاظ على أركان الدولة العراقية عبر التوجه الى الوسائل الديمقراطية بعد عام 2003 ،عبر العمل على بناء مؤسسات تؤكد على الأسس الديمقراطية.

و تأتي إشكالية الهوية الوطنية و بناء السلام في ظل ضغط دولي و إقليمي يعمل على تفكيك أواصر المجتمع العراقي.

English Abstract

Issue of national identity and peace bulding are major corners in state construction, so that any problem occured on them could make a significent affect on this structure.

Iraqi state, from its establishment till now, is suffering from the problem of common national identity, these two factors (national identity and peace bulilding) have their seriouse influence on the future of state, therefore, Iraq seeks since 2003 to maintain the basis of his state throught the democratic methods and establishing institutions of democratic foundations.

The issue of national identity and peace bulding is coming in a context of international and regional presure to deconstruct of Iraqi society.
