Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role played by social capital in achieving creativity among the employees of Al-Ahliyya Palestine University, by identifying the role of the components of social capital represented in (internal and external relations) in achieving creativity among workers through its impact on the creativity components of: (Detail, flexibility, fluency, originality).

The study population consisted of all employees of Al- Ahliyya Palestine University, full-time academics and administrators, who numbered (136) employees, and all of them were taken as a sample of this study in a comprehensive survey method.

For statistical analysis, 73.5% of the distributed questionnaires were represented.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that social capital is of great importance in Palestine National University represented in its various fields, especially internal relations between workers, and that social capital affects the achievement of creativity.

In the light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations to the management of Al-Ahliyya Palestine University, the most important of which were: The need for the university administration to raise awareness of the importance of social capital, especially with regard to external relations.
