Abstract EN

The current study aimed at identifying challenges (administrative, human, technical) facing the Administration of Training and Scholarship in providing training programs for male and female teachers of adult education schools in Riyadh and investigating the existence of differences on the response of the study sample members regarding these challenges attributed to the variables of the study.

In order to achieve these objectives, the study adopted the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire was used as the study tool.

The study community consisted of (705) respondents, (398) responded including (89) male and female managers and trainers of the Administration of Training and Scholarship and Adult Education, and (309) male and female teachers of adult education schools.

The study concluded that the most important administrative challenges facing the Directorate for Training and Scholarship in providing training programs was the lack of balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of the training programs provided to the teacher of adult education schools, while the most important technical challenges were poor Internet within the Administration of Training and Scholarship and its Centers.
