Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the level of quality and competitiveness of educational services for the female students of the College of Education in Al-Muzahimia from their point of view and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences between the average response rate of the Study population towards the level of quality and competitiveness of educational services according to the major, the academic level, and determine whether there is a correlation between the quality of educational services and competitiveness for the female students.

The relational descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for the study.

The study population consisted of all female students (885) of the College of Education in Al - Muzahimia.

The results of the study showed that the level of quality and competitiveness of educational services provided to students of the College of Education in Al-Muzahimia was moderate and that there were differences in the level of quality of educational services for the benefit of early childhood major and second - level students.

There were differences in the level of competitiveness in educational services for the benefit of early childhood major and female students of the third and fourth levels.

There is a direct correlation between the quality and competitiveness of the educational services provided to female students of the College of Education in Al-Muzahimia.
