This study aimed mainly at identifying the success and failure rates of Egypt's agricultural development strategies by focusing on the period (2012-2017) for the environmental and economic axes.

To achieve these objectives, the researchers relied on theoretical rooting through Arab and foreign references and studies and publications of specialized governmental institutions The descriptive approach and the quantitative statistical method were used and a field study was conducted through the design of a survey list for both executives and educators, and the beneficiaries of the two governorates.

Land reclamation projects during the 2012-2017 five-year plan in the Nubaria area amounted to about two projects, and the proportion of private projects was 50% while the percentage of public projects was 50% while the land reclamation projects carried out during the 2012-2017 five-year plan in Fayoum governorate were about two projects The percentage of projects of young graduates in Yusef al-Siddiq 100% of the size of the sample.
