The liquidation rule remains from the consequences of the dissolution of the company, and it is intended in the judicial and jurisprudential direction to achieve all the necessary procedures to terminate the company’s undertakings and determine its financial position.

Accordingly, through this research, we depended on the procedures for opening this ruler through the hypotheses of the optional and the judicial rulings, while specifying the legal powers of the liquidator.
