This study reviews the most important aspects of Chomsky's transformative generative theory and the views put forward by his student Ray Jakindov about the production of implicit semantics and their surface representations, revealing the extent of the approximation between the mental and actual representations of language for them, and what Jacindov presented in correcting some of his teacher's views on the issue of the separation between structure and significance, To reach a global grammatical system based on the collective linguistic system.
