Abstract EN

This paper has attempted to shed light on the topic of judiciary specialization in home loans conflicts, and what comes out as law problematic such as conflicts of specialization between courts of first instance and commercial courts.

To do so, we have based our study on judiciary procedures related to lawsuit practices of home loans; this is done through two main research axes: the first axe tackled the qualitative jurisdiction of the court, and the second axe concerns the spatial jurisdiction of the court that adjudges in such conflicts like these.
