Abstract EN

The study aims to find the most important factors related to the human, organizational and material factors that help in the success of the application of electronic monitoring in the passports department of Jeddah.

The descriptive analytical method was used.

A random sample was taken from the study community.

A questionnaire was designed as a data collection tool and distributed to 36 employees.

The results of the study found that factors associated with the success of the application of electronic monitoring were moderately available.

Also, the study revealed that there is no statistically important differences between the mathematical averages of the responses of the sample members according to different years of service, educational qualification, and rank.

Based on the reached, the study puts forward several recommendations: Attention to the success factors of electronic monitoring, keeping up with developments in the field of electronic monitoring, granting incentives to monitor staff electronically and train them, reorganization of monitoring units, Update some regulations and instructions to keep pace with electronic monitoring, appropriate budget monitoring for the application and maintenance of electronic monitoring.
