This study aimed to reveal the role of Jordanian schools in enhancing intellectual security among students, and whether there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) in the role of Jordanian schools in enhancing intellectual security among students according to variables of gender, educational level (intermediate and secondary stages).

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher worked on developing a measure of the role of Jordanian schools in enhancing intellectual security, consisting of three areas: School Administration, Teachers and Curriculum.

The sample consisted of 991 students from Ramtha Brigade in Irbid.

The results of the study revealed that there is a high level of intellectual security among students and that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of sex in all fields and in the overall degree except for the role of teachers, and the differences were in favor of males.

It was also clear from the study that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of the academic level in all fields and in the overall degree, with the exception of the role of school administration, and the differences were in favor of the secondary stage.

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends the continuation of studies that seek to enhance the concept of intellectual security among students because of the potential danger of this group and its pivotal role in the present and future of the state.
