Social theory is considered as the theoretical aspect of sociology for it is the vital field in which it moves, and the subject exploited by the social researcher in his sociological analysis, that gives it real value in social reality.

Thus, it is usually distinguish he by the duality of meaning when it is discussed.

Frequently the talk about the social theory means to talk about the society as a civilizational reality with its all political, social, economic and cultural clearness… framing by theoretical formations which is logicised by its thoughtfully by what is called the social theories.

Therefore, most of the writers of the society appeared according to the development of the society starting from the stage of the magical, philosophical and scientific knowledge's that most of them were classified within the sociological heritage, and the discord about it has enriched the sociological theory which caused to attribute the origination to some one instead of other but there was a semunanimity about the history of the social theory to consider Marx, "Viber", Dorkhein, Fulfrido Barbito and Ibn Khaldoun to the founders of sociology.

The research tried to follow the reasons for this unanimity which was studied in the first section entitled "Duality of meaning".

This scientifically needs epistemological presentation clarifies a meaning and a definition to the social theory and its establishment.

The researcher tried to find out a meating points among the efforts of the scientists about the meaning which represents minimum limit accepted by those who study the this topic throughout the meating points of reality and the scientific text.
