The study also covers the technical and formal standards of publishing scientific periodicals which are considered a guide to the preparation and publishing of this type of publications .

The study also covers the class standards of UNISCO and the standards of ISO.

All these standards may form a basis for editorial boards of scientific periodicals in their career.
