Abstract EN

This paper examines the Iraqi Civil Proceedings Law relying on legal texts in the area of legislation.

The idea of the paper revolves around the procedures to be taken which are connected to each other.

Such connection is an inevitable thing aiming towards achieving a certain goal that cannot be achieved without any single procedure being connected with the others.

Furthermore, litigants cannot evade such connected procedures and a judge cannot in any way accept the final form of the procedures without the presence of such connection.

This connection takes the result to objective effect based on its existence.
