Praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds and may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon the most honored of messengers our master Muhammad and upon all his family and companions This research came to study jurisprudential issues related to the questioner, and it was based on two topics:In the first topic, he explained the definition of the questioner and the ruling on the conduct and evidence for its prohibition, then he touched on the legality of paying the questioner, dealing with the conditions for paying the questioner, then mentioning the means related to paying the matter and the means of proof.

As for the second topic, he mentioned the doctrinal issues related to the questioner, then he discussed the question of the rule of the questioner if it search by talking about the rule of the one who looks at the faults of homes.
