Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of balanced performance measurement in enhancing the competitive advantage of the employees of the telecommunications company Mobilis and Bashar Agency.

The descriptive analytical approach was used to test the study hypotheses, while the data were collected by using a questionnaire designed for this purpose.

We have identified the study population from the employees of the Financial Control Authority, and a sample of 70 employees was selected, where this relationship was tested using the statistical program spss19, and the study concluded that there is a positive impact of balanced performance measurement in its various dimensions on the competitive advantage of the institution under study
