Abstract EN

This study deals with the acts of sovereignty in Algeria and the extent of the Algerian legislator's conviction in it.

This study aims to address the issue of sovereignty acts from a historical point of view or to search for concept of sovereignty acts, which helps clarify the legal basis for it in Algeria and the areas of its application by the judiciary in Algeria.

In the context of our study of this topic in law or jurisprudence, if it appears at the beginning, the legislator and the administrative judge in Algeria expanded to rely on the theory of sovereignty acts by removing some of the administration's actions from the supervision of the administrative judiciary, but this matter is relatively due to his justifications in order to apply them exceptionally.
