The subject of the study treat one of the topics of critical importance in the environmental field, And It is the protection of the environment during armed conflicts, where the environment is exposed to severe danger by human behavior.

And The Assault on the environment with all its components increases in enormity during armed conflicts.

War and fighting do not only cause suffering and displacement of people and damage housing facilities and infrastructure, but also destruction and environmental Regress on a massive scale.

This prompted the international community to issue several international instruments and protocols related to the protection of the environment during armed conflicts.

In this study, we will examine the position of the international Islamic law on the Assault On the environment under armed conflict, and the legality of using weapons of mass destruction.
