This article reviews the international and regional legal framework regarding migrant workers' family rights, by providing the necessary protection for their rights, as well as highlighting the need to improve their conditions and seek to develop a legal framework to regulate these rights, Algeria is also working to confirm the importance of legal protection for family members of a migrant worker through the application of international and national human rights laws.

Although the rights of migrant workers' families are widely recognized in international and regional human rights instruments, but it remains without an actual embodiment by most countries.
