Abstract EN

Through this article, we try to address the dilemma of jihadist organizations in the middle east and how the united states of America employs them politically, therefore, we will address the strategy that this superpower relied on to eliminate these organizations which is the creative chaos, thus, this study aims to show the pivotal role that these organizations play in their various generations, especially the al-Qaida generation and the generation of ISIS in embodying foreign political projects according to this strategy, these organizations were employed as a means to achieve the goals of the external forces in the region, and accordingly the study came out with proposals for the actual fight against these organizations, since the policy of intervention in order to eliminate them did not reach the desired goals.
