Abstract EN

One of the most dangerous results of Coronavirus (covid-19) is the weakening of the capacity of health system to provide the necessary health care to all infected patients.

The widespread of the virus infected too many people and they overcrowded in hospitals.

Therefore, this article aims at investigating the religious standards of who has the priority for treatment to skip the scrambling of patients.

The researcher tackled this subject because of the Islamic Sharia's purposeswhich are about Preserving souls, and Jurisprudential rules made by Islamic jurists to fix the pathways of equality between the scrambled patients.

The research concluded that it is compulsory to make equal standards between patients when they scramble for medical resources to achieve justice according to Islamic religion.
