The mastry of the principles and mechanisms of Methodology is a fundamental condition to the good establishment of any scientific research from the simple level to the complex one so that the researcher will be qualified when he deals with the scientific field with its different specialties.

The main principle is the choose from researcher of the tools he use in data collection, object of the present study such as the observation, the interview and the questionnaire.

So, Although these tools were the object of a severe criticisms from the persons interested by the Scientific Research Methods , most of them about the accuracy and validity of the Data and information collected by the researcher with said tools, they have advantages which make them the most important and famous one.
