Abstract EN

This study dealt with the issue of The role of Technostructural applications in achieving the competitive advantage of business organizations, and This study was tested in the telecommunications sector in the city of Djelfa, represented by the Mobilis and Djezzy establishments.

The study was applied to a sample of (32) employees, out of a study population of (98) employees.

The study used a questionnaire as a key tool for gathering information and data as well as personal interviews The questionnaire was distributed randomly on various workers in the the Mobilis and Djezzy establishments, and so on different organizational levels (Top management, Middle management, Lower management, Typical functions), This study aimed to test a number of key hypotheses and sub-hypotheses concerning the relationship of the correlation and influence relations between the variables of the study.The researcher used the Descriptive analytical approach which corresponds to the nature of the study, as it helps to study the subject from its theoretical and practical side very accurately, Data were analyzed using arithmetic means, standard deviations, Cronbach’s Alpha (α), Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis.The study concluded to a set of results including the following: The level of Technostructural and competitive advantage was high at Mobilis and Djezzy in Djelfa.

There is a positive correlation statistically significant at α level (α ≤ 0.05), between Technostructural applications and and the competitive advantage of employees in the Mobilis and Djezzy establishments in Djelfa.

The study showed through multiple linear regressionresults that there is a statistically significant positive effect at α level (α ≤ 0.05), between the job design dimension and the competitive advantage of employees in the Mobilis and Djezzy establishments in Djelfa.
