هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد بعض العوامل التي تؤثر في الطلب على العمل و تقدير النموذج المعبر عن هذه العلاقة و هذا بأخذ بيانات سنوية عن الجزائر خلال الفترة(1990–2019) تم استخدام نموذج Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) للتعبير عن أثر و اتجاه العلاقات ''الطردي و العكسي'' بين هذه المحددات و الطلب على العمل.
و خلصت النتائج إلى أنه في الأجلين القصير و الطويل توجد علاقة طردية بين الاستثمار الخام و الطلب على العمل اما إجمالي القوى العاملة له أثر ضعيف على الطلب على العمل خاصة في الأجلين القصير و الطويل حيث أن زيادة في أجمالي القوى العاملة تكاد تكون غير مؤثرة في الأجل القصير بينما أجمالي الإنفاق الوطني في علاقة عكسية مع الطلب على العمل
Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify some of the factors that affect the demand for labor and estimate the model that expresses this relationship, and this is by taking annual data on Algeria during the period (1990-2019), the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was used to express the impact and direction of relations ''Positive and Inverse '' between these determinants and the demand for labor.
The results concluded that in the short and long terms there is a positive relationship between raw investment and labor demand, while the total workforce has a weak impact on labor demand, especially in the short and long terms, as an increase in the total workforce is almost ineffective in the short term.
While the total national spending is in an inverse relationship with labor demand
