Through this study, we tried to shed light on the business plan as a tool allowing the achievement of entrepreneurship, where we first defined the business plan, its characteristics and its importance, and then we touched on defining entrepreneurship and defining its characteristics and dimensions, and in the end the study focused on the role of a business planner to facilitate the exploitation of the opportunities available in the market, through which ideas are described and analyzed, their technical, economic and financial feasibility is studied, as well as all the steps, procedures and strategies necessary to clarify the vision and facilitate the implementation, and strengthen the capacity to face risks, and achieve permanent efficiency in order to achieve the leadership that everyone aspires to businessmen
