Migrants have faced many challenges since the beginning of the migration journey whether it is legal or illegal, up to the ultimate stability in the downstream (receiving) countries on several material levels related to the quality of life and a value related to freedom of belief and respect for it.

This research paper aims to focus on the threats that have worsened with the emergence and sweep of the global epidemic, Covid 19.

As is the case with other fields, migrants suffered from health systems failure, even developed countries, to be able to confront the epidemic and avoid human losses.

They also suffered from racism and discrimination in accessing health care and other security challenges, such as being arrested and losing legal status, especially in light of the closure of international borders.

Conclusions were reached that the epidemiological situation has worsened due to the bad migrants situation, It also revealed the ineffectiveness of the global humanitarian response as a strategic approach to confront the epidemic and to avoid the exposure security of migrants to its dangers
