Abstract EN

In this research paper we deal with reconciliation in exchange crimes, the subject of which is of great importance, especially in front of the financial crises that the countries of the world have known and their different legislative systems.

However, there is general agreement on the stability of the national economy by preserving the non-violation of various legal texts, especially related to it, including the law Suppression of the exchange violation and the movement of capital from and to the outside, which constitutes any prejudice to it–a crime of exchange, so reconciliation in general is the settlement of the dispute in an amicable manner.

However, it remains that one of the most important results reached is that the legislator adopted a deterrent policy by adopting the reconciliation regime in the crime of exchange and imposing financial penalties many times the value of the violation.
