Abstract EN

The aim of this paper was to attempt to diagnose the reality of entrepreneurship in the regions of the High Plateaus during the period 2002-2018, based on the descriptive and analytical approach and a field study of the status and spread of entrepreneurial activities in these areas and comparing them with the northern areas.

This study concluded that the entrepreneurial activity remains small and does not live up to the required level in the absence of a contracting culture and the ineffectiveness of government policies
