This study aims to highlight the role of health awareness in realizing the risk of obesity in an adult by relying on a health awareness scale that was applied to a sample that included (10 cases) of different sex (5 men-5 women) and of different ages ranging (between 35 years to 45 years), As the clinical approach was used to reach the determination of the level of nutritional awareness and sports awareness on the one hand and their role in reducing the pathological symptoms caused by obesity on the other hand, the study has resulted in several results, the most important of which is that health awareness has a great role in realizing the seriousness of obesity on physical health And psychological.
