Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the extent to which the Algerian economic establishment has the necessary regulatory requirements consisting of (structure, culture, leadership, and technological environment).

Which constitutes an important context for the conduct of various internal and external knowledge through processes (creation, storage, marketing, localization) and to verify this study and test its hypotheses, prepared a questionnaire consisting of 52 questions, distributed to 95 individuals from the study community, where the SPSS program was used and tested (T-Test) to choose the hypotheses, and the study concluded that this institution suffers from a lack of culture that encourages the exchange of knowledge and the absence of influence for leadership, with the presence of flexible structures to a moderate degree despite having a strong technological structure.
