إن المعدل المرتفع لحجم النفايات الصلبة يمثل مشكلة كبيرة ذات أبعاد مختلفة يترتب عليها العديد من الآثار الصحية و الاقتصادية المباشرة و الغير مباشرة في مختلف دول العالم.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح متطلبات إدارة النفايات الصلبة حيث أن التسيير الأمثل لعملية تدوير هذه النفايات يحقق استثمارا ايكولوجيا و اقتصاديا و اجتماعيا يساهم في خلق الثروة في ظل التنمية المستدامة و الحفاظ على المحيط.
و في هذا السياق تساهم مؤسسة Ecoset سطيف إلى حد كبير في تنمية القطاع الصناعي و التجاري و دعم الاقتصاد الوطني و ذلك بخلق فرص استثمارية كبيرة أمام المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة تحت شعار "النفايات من كوارث طبيعية إلى ثروة اقتصادية" و هذا كله من أجل تشجيع الصناعة المحلية و التقليل من حجم الاستيراد و المساهمة في خلق مناصب الشغل.
Abstract EN
The high rate of solid waste is a problem of different dimensions, which has many health and economic impacts in different countries.
Therefore, this study aims at clarifying the requirements for solid waste management.
The optimal waste management leads to an ecological, economic and social investment that contributes to wealth creation in the light of sustainable development and preservation of the environment.
In this context, Ecoset Setif contributes greatly to the development of the industrial and commercial sectors and support the national economy by creating large investment opportunities for SME, S under the slogan "Waste from Natural Disasters to Economic Wealth".
