تعد فنزويلا أحد دول منظمة الأوبك و التي يعتمد اقتصادها على النفط بنسبة 90% و نظرا لتراجع أسعار النفط في السوق العالمي في 2014 أدى ذلك لخلق أزمة حقيقية و اختلال كبير في اقتصادها و ارتفعت معدلات التضخم لأقصاها و عليه نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لإظهار و تشخيص عمق أزمة فنزويلا بمعرفة أسبابها و الآثار المترتبة عليها مع دراسة إمكانية احتواء الارتفاع الجامح لمعدلات التضخم باعتماد سياسة استهداف التضخم كنظام مرن.
توصلنا لنتيجة مفادها أن شروط الاستهداف غير متوفرة في حالة فنزويلا بحيث يعاني الاقتصاد عدم الاستقرار إلى جانب غياب أهم عنصرين في سياسة الاستهداف و هما الشفافية و المسائلة إلى جانب غياب قاعدة بيانات و عليه وجب خلق سياسات بديلة أخرى ذات طابع استعجالي و عمل تطلعي.

Venezuela is one of the OPEC countries, whose economy depends on oil at 90%.
The company's main focus is to provide a wide range of information on the region's economic and financial needs, and to provide a range of information on the economic and financial situation in the region.
We have concluded that, in Venezuela, targeting conditions are not met, so that the economy is unstable, with the ence of the two most important elements of targeting policy: Transparency and accountability, as well as the ence of a database, and therefore, other alternative policies of an urgent and forward-looking nature must be created.
