غالبا ما يواجه لأساتذة الجامعيين، تمامًا مثل أولئك الموجودين في النظام التعليمي التربوي ، في بداية حياتهم المهنية ، مواقف يتعين عليهم فيها استخدام قدراتهم ومعرفتهم واستراتيجياتهم المكتسبة لتطوير الأنشطة التي تم تطويرها في الدورات التدريبية ، مما يسمح لهم التعامل و التأقلم مع المواقف الإشكالية في التدريس.
يقدم هذا المقال عملاً يهدف إلى إعادة التفكير في اهتمام وأهمية تدريب معلمي اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية في الجامعة ,استنادًا إلى النتائج الملحوظة و خبرتنا كمدرس اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية.
بالفعل, الهدف من هذا المقال هو سد الفجوة في تدريب أساتذة الجامعة الجزائرية، الذين لم يتلقوا، في معظمهم، أي تدريب في مجال استراتيجيات التدريس و علم أصول التدريس
Abstract EN
University teachers, like all those coming from the education system, are often confronted, at the beginning of their careers, with the situations in which they have to use all their capacities, their knowledge, their strategies acquired to develop activities in training programs to cope with situational problems in teaching.
This article presents a work that aims to rethink the interest and importance of teacher training in FFL, based on observable results and our experience as a teacher of FFL.
Indeed, the purpose of this article is to fill a gap in the training of teacher researchers at the Algerian University, which, most of them, have not received any training in pedagogy.

Les enseignants universitaires, tout comme ceux du système éducatif, sont, souvent, confrontés, en début de carrière, à des situations dans lesquelles ils doivent employer leurs capacités, leurs connaissances, leurs stratégies acquises pour élaborer des activités développées dans des formations, lui permettant de faire face à des situations-problèmes en enseignement.
Cet article présente un travail qui a pour objectif de repenser l'intérêt et l'importance de la formation des enseignants de FLE, basé sur des résultats observables et sur notre expérience en tant qu'enseignante de FLE.
Effectivement, l'objectif de cet article est de combler une lacune dans la formation des enseignants chercheurs à l'université algérienne, qui, la plupart d'entre eux, n'ont pas reçu la moindre formation en pédagogie.
