Abstract EN

This paper focuses on highlighting and giving a clear picture of the role of student union work in improving the pedagogical performance of the Algerian University, in an effort to assess its reality and importance and to diagnose the joints that hinder it from performing its role to the fullest, and reviews the importance of student union work in improving the university education system, the effective role of these student organizations on campus in Algeria, and to identify the difficulties and challenges they face, and we have started our study of two main questions.

What is the importance of student union work at the university ? How effective is it in improving university pedagogical performance ? The study concluded that student union work is important in defending student rights in order to satisfy their essential needs and improve their service situation, and to contribute to the development of educational competence and to improve the performance of the Algerian university institution.

Cet article de recherche vise à mettre en évidence et à donner une image claire du rôle de l’action syndical étudiant dans l’amélioration de la performance pédagogique à l’Université d’Algérie, dans le but d’évaluer sa réalité et son importance et de diagnostiquer les articulations de dislocations qui l’empêchent de jouer pleinement son rôle, et passe en revue l’étude sur l’importance du action syndical étudiant dans quelle efficacité est-il dans l’amélioration de la performance pédagogique universitaire ? L’étude a conclu que la grande importance de l’action syndical étudiant dans la défense des droits de l’étudiant afin de satisfaire les besoins nécessaires et d’améliorer son statut de service, contribuer au développement de l’efficacité éducative et élever le niveau de performance de l’Institution universitaire Algérienne.
