The issue of the article revolves around the analysis of humanitarian intervention in its transdisciplinary dimensions.

The article assumes that the concept of humanitarian intervention is a fundamentally contested concept and raises philosophical and sociological problems because it does not reflect universal moral values.

In its analysis of The Problem, the article relied on the interdisciplinary approach by its dependence on multiple areas of knowledge.

The article concluded that the concept of humanitarian intervention could not reflect, in intellectual or practical terms, the reality of human rights in the world.
