What we want to clarify in this article is to talk about the organizational efficiency that has become almost non-existent in the Algerian departments, and that has its own reasons, we wanted to show the concept of organizational efficiency and to study the theories that interested it.

and try to adapt the theory to the Algerian administrative reality.

What we want is to activate this concept in the Algerian departments to rebuild new constructive ideas that convey the true meaning of the organizational culture, and open the reflection on how to create a new state of mind with efficiency organizational.
