This reserch is an investigation of a grammatical message on a doctrinal subject.
Aben Jenie wrote a message in an analysis of a qoute of the prophet Mohammed ( a handout of the fetus, a handout of his mother), supporting in Abi Hanifa's opinion that is incompatible with a most of scientists in a permissiveness of eating the fetus that is being dead after a handout of the animal, ligitimate handout.
Aben Jenie depaned on an estimate of the prophet's meaning qoute.
As-Siyooty involved Aben Janie's message in his book (Ukood Az-Zabarjad Ala Masnad Al-imam Ahmed).The resercher depaneded on four copies from a manuscript Ukood Az-Zabarjad in an investigation of the message, knowingly that the message was mentioned as for Aben Jenie in more than other source.
