This paper aims at revealing the phenomenon of feminization of the immigrant labor in the Arab Maghreb countries, and showing its advantages by using the service fields in the receiving countries.

This opens the debate on the gender-related division of labor and also about the difficult occupational conditions that make it vulnerable, fragile, violent and influential in the country's economic and social structure.

We can only finally offer the status of working women in the midst of the global health crisis - the pandemic of the new Corona virus - which has left them no choice between hunger and infection in order to freeze the European economy.
