Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the reality of transformational leadership in the studied Algerian banking institutions and its role in supporting the policy of change and its approaches aimed at improving the performance of banks.

Among the results, the most important of which are the existence of differences between the views of the respondent sample on the importance of transformational leadership and organizational change and its entrances, in addition to the presence of a positive, direct and moral impact between transformational leadership and the dimensions of organizational change in the commercial banks under study The study recommended the need to seek banking leaders to activate the role of knowledge sharing with all employees to contribute to the formation and draw a vision for the future of banking services and adapt to banking variables.
