This study aims to analyze the nature of the contemporary ethical question regarding the issues raised by scientific progress, especially in the field of biology.

The question in contemporary philosophy of ethics has changed from a theoretical question concerned with what human behavior should be, to a practical question that seeks to search for an evaluation of scientific behavior.

Philosophy itself has to answer the questions posed by scientific progress, and in the field of biology in particular, because many of the issues and problems raised by biological, which directly affect human life in the future and dignity، are problems that should be raised a lot of questions, These questions are practical ethical questions that will restore moral values to contemporary philosophy, within the scientific and biological system in particular, with a view to restoring mankind to humanity and giving legitimacy to biological action.
