School managers are considered one of the main pillars in the educational process, whose practical goals are education and learning, managing teachers, students and employees, and dealing with the external environment of the school from society and the parents of students, and for various reasons, including exposure of the school manager to some conditions and problems that he cannot control it and which cause his inability acting to play his role effectively, which contributes to his sense of inability to carry out the tasks entrusted to him, and the level that decision-makers expect from him, as well as the serious negative effects he leaves on the education process in general and on students in particular.

The topic of job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction has become one of the topics that attract behavioral and administrative attention, because it examines the various aspects of the means of satisfaction and its sources with the employee (manager) and measuring the degree of individual satisfaction with their jobs, as well as examining the causes of dissatisfaction.

A set of factors that lead to satisfaction was reached and considered its presence necessary and essential to achieve the desired satisfaction of the employee, and the loss of these factors leads to a state of dissatisfaction with him and therefore this is reflected in his performance in the work and the performance of his duties as required.

The concept of job satisfaction has been linked to the job performance of workers to fulfill the roles and duties required of them, and we find that the performance of individuals varies from one individual to another based on the effort exerted by him and his conviction with the organization's goals, loyalty to it and his commitment to his required duties, and this effort is required more in the field of education, whether by The teacher or a supervisor of the teacher.
