Since the objective of Saudi Arabia's Competition Law is to protect and encourage fair competition and prevention of monopolistic practices that definitely affect legitimate competition or consumers' interests in a way that ultimately improves the market environment and develops the economy, the Saudi Arabia's Competition Law was keen to form a committee in order to adjudicate competition law violations made by competitors, and for this, I thought that the focus of our research should be on this committee and make a comparison between what was contained in the old Competition Law issued in 1425H (2004) & regulations thereof and what was contained in the new Competition Law issued in 1440H (2019) & regulations thereof and reporting some judicial applications in terms of forming a committee concerned with adjudicating violations of the competition law, its terms of reference, the nature of its decisions, and procedures required to file a case and consider it before the committee concerned with adjudication of Competition Law Violations and the decisions taken by the committee in Competition Law, challenging these decisions and enforcement thereof.
