Abstract AR
تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في رصد أبرز الاتجاهات البحثية و النظرية و تقييم نتائجها و كشف نواحي الضعف فيها و اقتراح اتجاهات جديدة للبحث اعتمادا على التحليل الكيفي و تحليل المستوى الثاني لعينة متاحة من الإنتاج العلمي المنشور في دوريات علمية عالمية محكمة تتعلق ببحوث جرائم الاتصال عبر الإنترنت و أخلاقياته كما تهتم الدراسة الحالية برصد مسار تطور الأطر المعرفية و النظرية و المنهجية في تلك البحوث و هو ما يساعد في وضع خريطة أولية لأجندة الاهتمامات البحثية في هذا المجال.
اعتمدت الباحثة على عدد من المناهج البحثية منها: منهج المسح بالعينة و المنهج المقارن و تمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في استمارة تحليل وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: أهمية سن القوانين التي تتيح و تكفل حرية التعبير عن الرأي و القوانين التي تحد من الجرائم الإلكترونية.
Abstract EN
The problem of the study was identified in monitoring the most prominent research and theoretical trends, evaluating their results, revealing their weaknesses, and proposing new directions for research, based on qualitative analysis and second-level analysis of an available sample of research related to the Internet communication crime research and its ethics.
In that research, The researcher relied on: the sample survey approach and the comparative approach.
The data collection tool was an analysis form.
The study concluded: The importance of enacting laws that allow and guarantee freedom of expression of opinion and then enact laws that limit cybercrime.
